Dear Dr Hajime
i WAS JUST THINKING ..
that if the visual aid method could be used through pictorial simple and easy understandable materials...
perhaps book, charts, animation... or even really acting...
explaining about the how to use... why to use.. . while also insisting on washing hands after that.. such materials could then be there at least permanent for the future use for both children and adults and help making the habit develop...
because in some places this will influence the use of toilets and help take care of the cholera problems
