The Black Report, Acheson Report, and Wanless report on the lower life expectancy in areas of lower education, health literacy and low income led a few of us in England to see if we could improve life expectancy in areas
of lower life expectancy. We built a purpose centred medical centre and developed a digitally centred educational program based on tbe personal health record.
We are currently beginning an effort to create a Record Ownership Collaborative to promote patient co-ownership of medical records.
We hope to encourage the joint creation and stewardship of personal health records. It is hoped that this will accelerate continuing education throughout life. The educational processes will using the registered digital population of General Practuce and a complete shared personal gealth record
