I wonder why there wasn't any literature around tropical diseases before these tropical countries, where neglected tropical diseases abound, were colonized (by those who later started delivering epistemic injustice through a strong feudal strategy)?
Why even now there's hardly any research generated from these neglected tropical disease nations inspite of the colonizers having freed them for many many years now?
Is it because they also meted out epistemic injustice to the education systems of these neglected nations?
Thanks for stimulating the debate and I hope i wasn't too harsh on these neglected tropical diseased nations!
