It’s simply fantastic to watch the film and learn from it. The pionts mentioned the dialogue, the stories and the incidents are all real life sorties and many health care workers have been in these situations. Knowledge sharing, learning form mistakes, not being ashamed of mistakes, reporting mistakes, caring for each other starting with love and respect to human lives regardless of place of birth or color or religion or race or sex or age makes us all learning creatures. Thanks to Shams and Neil for sharing this film. It would be great if languages in Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinse, and many other languages are superimposed to make it multilingual. Part of the transformation is to respect the languages of people everywhere. Simply put excellent work.
Najeeb Al-Shorbaji
(I was acting director for Patient Safety programme in addition to my original job for over two years while I was at the WHO/HQ).

HIFA profile: Najeeb Al-Shorbaji recently retired from the World Health Organization (WHO), where he has worked since 1988 in different capacities. He was most recently Director of the Knowledge, Ethics and Research Department at WHO headquarters, Geneva. Previously he was Coordinator for Knowledge Management and Sharing in EMRO (Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office), Egypt. He is a member of a number of national and international professional societies and associations specialised in information management and health informatics. He has authored over 100 research papers and articles presented in various conferences and published in professional journals. He is a member of the HIFA Steering Group and the HIFA Working Group on Multilingualism.
