National nutrition guidelines in the management of TB

Dear Colleagues,

I am conducting a review on micronutrients supplementation recommendations in the management of tuberculosis (TB). Although there is a WHO document; “Guideline: nutritional care and support for patients with tuberculosis”, which contains these, I seek to also assess national/state recommendations. As such, I will be glad if you can forward to me (edemdamien@gmail.com) or direct me to a link(s) where, or contact persons whom I can get national documents (or other relevant documents (that could suffice). These could be from NGOs or other organisations/authorities) and should contain guidelines/ recommendations for nutrition in TB.
