Refresh Bolivia is an entirely student-run 501c(3) that serves the health and sanitation needs of underprivileged communities in the district of Cochabamba, Bolivia through infrastructure, education and research. Refresh Bolivia has kindly offered to help HIFA grow its membership; participate in our database HIFAVoices.org; and provide technical support.
