'African Institute for Development Policy (AFIDEP), an African-led, regional non-profit policy think tank, was established to help bridge the gaps between research, policy and practice in the areas of population change and sustainable development, and health systems strengthening in Africa. The purpose of AFIDEP’s work is to contribute to sustainable socio-economic development by enabling the formulation of policies and programme interventions that are informed by sound research evidence in these focus areas.'
2. Association for Good Clinical Practice in Nigeria
'We are a non-profit organization and the premier Good Clinical Practice (GCP) initiative in Nigeria. Our organization comprises of over 300 members drawn from various scientific disciplines including biomedical, pharmaceutical, and behavioural sciences professions.'
3. Asociación Hondureña de Parasitología (Honduras Association of Parasitology)
'La Asociación Hondureña de Parasitología (AHPA) es una organización sin fines de lucro, cuyo propósito es promover la parasitología en Honduras.'
4. Breast Without Spot
'Breast Without Spot (BWS) uses community-based education to build a cadre of ‘Breast Cancer Awareness’ Activists to create awareness about breast/cervical cancers to women groups and women one-on one. BWS also advocates to policy makers and diaspora organizations for the provision of medical services and skill transfer/research to assist tertiary and secondary health care providers to create sustainable cancer resources.'
5. Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa
'Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa (COHSASA) is the only internationally accredited quality improvement and accreditation body for healthcare facilities based in Africa. In the past 20 years over 600 facilities throughout the continent have entered the COHSASA programme to improve the quality and safety of the healthcare services provided to patients.'
6. EUCLID School of Global Health and Bioethics
'The School of Global Health and Bioethics at EUCLID became an autonomous academic unit with EUCLID (Euclid University) in 2015. It is responsible for the delivery of EUCLID’s flagship online master’s and doctorate in International Public Health. EUCLID is a specialized intergovernmental organization established in 2008, holding a university mandate and charter published in the United Nations Treaty Series. It is among the world's few "international / intergovernmental" universities, and a full member in good standing of the key academic bodies, including the Academic Council on the United Nations Systems (ACUNS), UN Academic Impact, and the Association of African Universities (EUCLID's primary headquarters being in Banjul, Gambia).'
7. International Network of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses
'Our aim is to link nurses globally, working in the speciality of spinal cord injury nursing. Our vision is the enhancement of holistic care given to men, women, boys and girls, their carers and families, with spinal cord injury.'
8. Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs
'Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) was established over 25 years ago in recognition of the pivotal role communication plays in the way people think and behave about health and development issues. We are a Center within the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. CCP has active programs in more than 30 countries worldwide as well as in the U.S.'
9. Journal of Drug Delivery and Therapeutics
Journal of Drug Delivery and Therapeutics (JDDT) is a peer-reviewed bi-monthly journal dedicated to the publication of research papers, reviews, mini-reviews, Short communications and case studies. It is official journal of Society of Pharmaceutical Technocrats (SoPhTech). This publication is aimed at a broad, interdisciplinary audience of academic and industrial researchers actively engaged in basic and applied laboratory practice, related to Pharmaceutical Science and Therapeutics.
