Thank you for sharing this, Dr Viengchan. Your experience clearly shows how continuity of care helps detect risk early — especially the subtle clinical changes that don’t always trigger formal alerts.
The fact that this was achieved through clearer roles and structured handover, rather than extra resources, makes it particularly relevant for many settings. I hope colleagues on HIFA will share whether similar approaches have worked in their maternity services.
