The CE-SM strategy aims to encourage partner communities of social innovation in health projects to develop a self-monitoring approach that strengthens community engagement. Through this strategy, communities document processes, understand the factors involved, and measure outcomes by developing a community-grounded self-monitoring tool and by implementing their own approach.
