We are excited to announce the call for posters, inviting you to contribute to the vibrant discourse surrounding healthcare libraries.
Conference Theme: Connecting
This year's theme, "Connecting," encourages exploration of how we connect with users, policy, and key issues of health and wellbeing. It challenges us to maintain and develop connections across our profession and different sectors. Your abstract could draw inspiration from this theme as you share your research and experiences.
Important Dates to Remember:
- 23rd April 2024: Deadline for Abstract Submission
- 6th May 2024: Deadline for Poster Upload
- 20th - 21st June 2024: HLG Conference 2024
Guidelines for Submission:
- Submit an abstract (up to 500 words) summarising your poster.
- Attach your prepared poster along with the abstract if available.
- Ensure your submission aligns with the conference theme.
- Accepted abstracts will require submission of the poster as a single PowerPoint slide.
Prize and Recognition:
While the prize is yet to be announced, all shortlisted posters will be displayed digitally throughout the conference. Winners will be selected based on delegate votes, with the results to be announced 21st June 2024.

To have your poster presented at the conference, ensure at least one author purchases a conference ticket. Don't miss out on the chance to engage with fellow professionals, present your work, and contribute to the advancement of healthcare libraries.
