I am sorry that HIFA members may have been unable to access the Washington Post article about patients receiving their cancer diagnosis through patient access to results and records. I managed to view the report through an email link from Open Notes. The URL to Open Notes itself is above. [*see note below] I would recommend the site to any one interested in transparency in healthcare, personal health data and information for patients and families and patient engagement and self agency.
