As someone from the US, I want to clarify that, in the US, vaccines are still available and most are still paid for by insurance, at least for now. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy is naming new members to the CDC vaccine advisory committee, but he appointed new members that include "Joseph R Hibbeln, Martin Kulldorff, Retsef Levi, Robert W Malone, Cody Meissner, James Pagano, Vicky Pebsworth and Michael A Ross... Some of [the] new members are close allies of Kennedy and have histories of vaccine scepticism. Dr Malone was accused of spreading misinformation about the mRNA vaccines during the pandemic, while Dr Kulldorf claimed he was fired from his position at Harvard university for criticising the university's Covid-19 requirements."
It's unlikely that vaccines will be made entirely unavailable, but if the CDC doesn't recommend them, insurance companies likely won't pay for them, rendering them inaccessible to many if not most Americans.
See, for example, https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cr4zyp26xn2o . Of course, this is just one of many crises involving healthcare and research right now in the US, much less many other issues too numerous to mention here.
Best,
Margaret
