Is the reliability of Google Translate now adequate for the translation of medical journals? (5)

Having listened to HIFA conversations about communicating information and after listening to the EPI-WIN webinar on communicating risk and benefit, I don't agree with the sentiment that Google translate is not fit for the purpose of translating scientific papers into languages that would not otherwise have access to the papers.

A simple initial explanation to science users of Google translate could be at the front of every use portal.

Anything is better than nothing?
