I’m so excited to share the release of Hesperian Health Guides’ newest publication Promoting Community Mental Health (March 2025 / $17.95)

This 200-page book was developed with an appreciation of the deep, interconnected nature of mental health and community health. Each chapter highlights innovative, community-based strategies used by different groups and grassroots organizations to foster better mental health, and to address these issues at a community level.
This book equips everyday people to respond to mental health challenges and transform their communities’ emotional well-being for the better. Promoting Community Mental Health is now available directly from Hesperian Health Guides. We are also working on a forthcoming Spanish translation.
