I wanted to share the good news that an NGO in Washington has created a new website that provides searchable access to much of the USAID Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC), USAID's repository of funded products that was unceremoniously taken offline when USAID was destroyed. They have prioritized document types that provide insights into program performance, learning, and implementation.
