We have just opened a new thematic funding call under our Research and Innovation for Global Health Transformation (RIGHT) programme, open to researchers in LMICs, and we are also looking for researchers, practitioners and community engagement specialists working in the area of health services adaptation and resilience in response to extreme weather events caused by climate change to join the funding committee. The NIHR Research and Innovation for Global Health Transformation (RIGHT) Call 5 is open to applicants from LMICs and the UK to work on applied health research that can strengthen health service delivery and resilience in LMICs in the context of extreme weather events caused by the changing climate.

Note: NGOs, charities and non-research organisations such as hospitals may be included in a proposal as co-applicants or collaborators, but they cannot be a lead applicant.
