colleagues from remote areas exchange their local experience and facilitate learning and eventually improve quality of services but it needs some body to facilitate and mediate the process
Its feasibility and impact has to be studied but what i know is it is widely used among colleagues, this is self motivated and is part of the communications among colleagues
