Would you be able to say a bit more about the WhatsApp groups you described? For instance, who took the initiative to set these up? Did this initiative come from healthcare workers themselves, or from a management/leadership level?
You also mentioned the need to strengthen ethical considerations. Could you say a little more about the type of ethical issues you have come across?
