I am part of a team that has designed an online training for essential emergency and critical care (see www.eeccglobal.org<http://www.eeccglobal.org>) that we think would be great to disseminate globally. We are looking for the best, hopefully free, “learning management system” (LMS) to deliver the training through. Is anyone aware of organisations that have such systems for free-to-access global health trainings?
