My name is Preethi Subramanian, and I am a project and process manager based in Hamburg, Germany. I have recently joined HIFA and am glad to be part of this community.
I have more than 5 years of international experience in IT and transformation projects, process improvement and business analytics, gained at Accenture, Capgemini and Beiersdorf, and I hold an M.Sc. in Business Development from Germany. What motivates me most is putting people at the centre of a process: bringing stakeholders together and supporting teams through change. In my master's thesis at Beiersdorf, I worked on improving how a Procurement Support Center in India serves its internal customers.
I come from a business development background, not a healthcare one, so I am here primarily to learn how reliable healthcare information is created, shared, and used, especially in low- and middle-income countries.
I would be delighted to contribute to the HIFA spotlight events and to the communication side of HIFA's work. At Accenture, I helped with global newsletters and organised virtual events, and I enjoy making information clear and accessible. I can also offer my experience in process improvement and stakeholder communication. I would be grateful for any suggestions on how I can get involved.
