MUHOOZI KABAGAMBE OSCAR is a Ugandan Medical Doctor. Currently placed at Jinja Regional Referral Hospital-Uganda and City Care Medical Centre Jinja.
I am very passionate about Comprehensive Community medicine, Primary Health Care (PHC) and
Sexual Reproductive Health Promotion and Provision to the most marginalized communities in Uganda and rest of Sub-Saharan Africa.
I am the Founder and current Executive Director of Dynamic Doctors Uganda (D.D.U) currently registered as a Community Based Organization (C.B.O).
I have pushed for D.D.U. organization to be part of various national and international organizations/platforms like Coalition to Stop Maternal Mortality rates due to Unsafe Abortions(CSMMUA) and the International Network for the Reduction of Abortion Discrimination and Stigma (inroads).I serve as a pioneer for the Medical Students for Choice chapters of Kampala International University western campus of which i secured these two chapters to be part of national coalitions. I represented Medical Students for Choice at the International Conference on Safe Abortion under inroads in Mombasa Kenya in 2019/2020.

Dynamic Doctors Uganda is a Community-Based Organisation composed of a team of Professional Medical Doctors and Specialists on a mission to transform the lives of marginalised groups, vulnerable youths for better future generations through the provision of medically led initiatives and outreach projects.Dynamic Doctors Uganda was established to provide accessible and evidence-based medical services and outreach schemes to those who need them the most. We are currently supporting peri-urban and rural communities through the provision of sustainable maternal child healthcare for people living in poverty through an inclusive model that engages a multitude of stakeholders. We have also had a significant input in making child and sexual reproductive health services more accessible to the people of Uganda.Dynamic Doctors was established in 2018 with a vision to empower medical professionals, junior doctors ,and medical students to support and transform the lives of youths and vulnerable ,marginalised groups through a range of services.
