Hi everyone! I’m Chloe Guinaudie, a Manager and Project Leader in Youth Integrated Services, currently based in Italy but with deep roots in Canada’s youth mental health landscape. I am really excited to be joining this community.
My work focuses on bringing evidence-based programs to life — whether in clinics, communities, or digital spaces — to ensure young people have equitable access to quality care. I love collaborating with diverse teams, bridging research and real-world action, and championing partnerships that put lived experience at the heart of decision-making.
Most of my career has been shaped by incredible initiatives like Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario, Aire Ouverte, and Access Open Minds, where I’ve helped design and scale integrated youth services. Lately, I’ve also been exploring how AI can ethically transform healthcare, working to shape frameworks that balance innovation with accountability.
Whether it’s stakeholder engagement, cross-sector collaboration, or turning data into meaningful change, I’m passionate about building systems that truly serve communities. Let’s connect!
