I imagine the first question is rhetorical, as I'm sure we would all say yes it is always important. The subject is of course multifaceted and contextual. In conflict situations, some child health services may be affected more than others. Conflict situations give rise to multiple physical and psychological development consequences. Is there a handbook that you or others can recommend for clinicians? And for health managers?
