Copilot: an introduction

In this CILIP Health Libraries Group webinar, Dr Tim Zijlstra from NHS Tayside Library and Information Services, will be discussing the use of Large Language Models, specifically Copilot, an AI tool that can potentially enhance our work as health librarians and information professionals. This CPD session will aim to share insights and practical examples that can also be explored with other 'flavours' of Large Language Models including:
- How Large Language Models (LLMs) actually work: Understanding the mechanics behind these AI systems.
- The importance of context in using LLMs: Why providing the right context is crucial for effective AI utilisation.
- Real-life examples of utilising Copilot in a health library context: Demonstration of how Copilot can be applied to support health information management.
