** REGISTER NOW for the 11th IPCRG World Conference 5-7 May 2022: Reunite, Evaluate, Advance

------------------------------------------------------------

Dear HIFA Colleagues

We are looking forward immensely to bringing the global primary care respiratory community together for a comprehensive update on best practice in primary respiratory care at the 11th IPCRG World Conference. This is a great opportunity to network, to evaluate the impact the past 12-24 months has had on you and your practice, and discuss the latest advances in respiratory care.

This is the first time we have met as a respiratory community since Porto 2018 and we recognise that the world is now a different place. We urge you to make the journey to Málaga in person, enabling you to network and reconnect with colleagues - something difficult to do virtually. Muchh of the conference is bilingual, in both Spanish and English, and we are featuring some tremendous speakers from Spain, Portugal & Latin America. So, clear your diary now for 5-7 May to meet colleagues & friends, old and new. For those unable to travel to Málaga, you can register virtually, giving you access to the live streamed sessions & ePosters.

Our ambitious and comprehensive programme is aimed at ALL members of the multi-disciplinary team working in all primary care settings in low-, middle- and high-income countries. We know many of you care deeply about climate change, so there are sessions on climate change and respiratory health which will give you practical advice about "greening" your practice, bringing climate into the consultation and primary care clinicians as climate change advocates. We have sessions on the respiratory conditions you see regularly: asthma, COPD, tobacco dependence, updates on COVID-19, respiratory infections, TB, vaccination, screening, case finding, chronic cough, ILD, spirometry, the nose - to name a few!

Everything you will see and hear at the 11th World Conference is underpinned by the IPCRG vision of a global population breathing and feeling well through universal access to right care. Our programme has been designed by those working in primary care, for a primary care audience, and we have something for all healthcare professionals in the programme whether you are a GP, Family Physician, Nurse, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Researcher, Psychologist or other Therapist. Our conferences are inclusive, aimed entirely at a primary care audience and focused on moving the conversation forward in respiratory medicine to benefit all.
