Just a short comment to completely agree with dr Massimo [ https://www.hifa.org/dgroups-rss/exploring-antimicrobial-stewardship-edu... ]. I have not at all the same long experience or education like dr Massimo but I have noticed and experienced what he has seen and experienced here in Kenya. Time and time again people go to dispenseries, often with no lab, and no medical doctors and come back with often 2-3 different medications often broad spectrum antibiotics and some string painkiller, and some injections just to be on the safe side. And, this business is just growing. Sad but true.
