Fidele Marc capitalizes a long career in Communication for Social Change, adult training, Community Health, (Prevention and Home management of TBC, HIV, Malaria and Neglected Transmitted Diseases and non-transmitted Diseases, High Impact Health Interventions), partnership with civil society organizations for health and Immunization e-Health Programs management and implementation.
