Good day Tim

Thank you for the great article.

This study points to the need to strengthen emergency health care services at all levels of the healthcare system.

Just curious to find out if there was any data that compared the outcomes in a private hospital setting vs public hospital setting.

It would be interesting to know how critical care provided in these settings compare.

One other area l think contributes to the high mortality rate is the pre hospital care provided to patients and l think mismagement before admission may contribute to poor prognosis post admission.

In my opinion, it will not be only important to train healthcare workers providing emergency care services but also educate the community and caregivers how to handle medical emergencies. The community are the "first responders" - how they contribute to critical care matters.

Looking forward to further insights on issues raised.
