Dear Healthcare Information for All,
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, in collaboration with King’s College London and Queen Mary University London, have launched the new Wellcome Trust funded ENHANCE: Enabling Better Health through AI and Digital Tools Doctoral Training Programme for healthcare professionals. This doctoral training programme is open to healthcare professionals registered with their professional UK governing body, and we were hoping you would be able to advertise this to your members?
The programme is focused on discovery research, embedded in the UK clinical environment, that enables the better use of digital tools and artificial intelligence for better healthcare, advancing equitable care through discovery data science approaches in diverse national and global populations. We are implementing a pre-application bootcamp programme to help applicants develop the skills for the programme and to write a full PhD proposal. Our website ENHANCE Home - ENHANCE Doctoral Programme <https://enhancephd.org>, has further information.
Applications for the bootcamp close on the 16th November 2026 for the September 2027 intake, and we appreciate that this is a tight deadline, but any support you can provide in spreading the word to your members would be greatly appreciated.
I’m happy to answer any questions or provide further text if you’re able to help advertise this to your members.
Kind regards,
Nick Miller
