Dear Abdi Mpongwe,

Thank you very much for your introduction message. I would be very interested to hear more about your work in Tanzania and the Red Ribbon Initiative for HIV awareness and education.

I saw that the Red Ribbon Initiative appears to operate mainly through Facebook https://www.facebook.com/red.ribbon.initiative/reels/ and it is linked to the Rotaract Club of KCMC?

One of your education graphics says (I think correctly) that 'If you have an undetectable viral load for at least six months and you continue to take your treatment as prescribed, there is no risk of passing HIV during sex.'

I wanted to ask if you have witnessed any problems in getting antiretroviral drugs to those who need it in Tanzania, as a result of the cuts in funding by the US?

Also, I imagine there are several NGOs in Tanzania that focus on HIV education. How do you coordinate your activities for maximum impact?

Which source(s) do you use most often as a basis for your education materials?

Many thanks, Neil
