'Medic designs and deploys world-class, open-source software to support health workers as they deliver quality, timely, equitable care for everyone, everywhere. Medic serves as the steward of the Community Health Toolkit (CHT) – a leading open-source, digital public good. The CHT includes a collection of open-source software frameworks and applications, with resources to help partners design and deploy digital tools (“apps”) for care teams. To date, more than 131,000 health workers across 18 countries in Africa and Asia have used digital health apps created with the CHT to perform over 130 million caring activities, including household registrations and screenings, pre- and post- pregnancy care, individual child assessments, family planning services, malnutrition screenings, immunizations, COVID-19 response, and more.'
