THET is a global health organisation that trains and supports health workers through health partnerships, enabling people in low and middle income countries to access essential healthcare. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 7.2 million additional health workers are needed worldwide. Health workers are vital to ensuring the health of populations around the world. This lack of human resources for health is a critical constraint to sustainable development in many lower- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

Toitomboor, meaning “full to the brim” in Bangla, has been the leading children and juvenile monthly magazine in Bangladesh since its first publication in January 1992. Although primarily a Bangla magazine, it has got a section in English called “CHUM” . Besides the publication of the magazine, Toitomboor has involved itself in children’s publication and products, child health, childhood blindness, child rights, child development, environment, promotion of book reading, children’s events and competitions, children with disability, children’s education and so on.
