CONTEXTE

En Mars 2017, près de 400 champions de la santé communautaire de 44 pays, représentant une multitude de secteurs, se sont réunis à Johannesburg pour la Conférence de l'institutionnalisation de la santé communautaire (ICHC).

DESCRIPTION

Les agents de santé communautaire contribuent indubitablement au renforcement des systèmes de santé et singulièrement à la promotion de la santé et aux prestations de soins. Le webinaire - Les voix des agents de santé communautaire - est une conversation directe avec les agents de santé communautaires sur des questions liées à la motivation et à la mise en œuvre des activités de santé communautaire. Le webinaire s’inscrit dans le cadre de concertations au niveau global sur l’efficience, la durabilité et la professionnalisation des agents de santé communautaire. Le webinaire offrira l’occasion d’échanger avec des agents de santé communautaire de la Côte d’Ivoire et du Burkina Faso sur leurs conditions socio-économiques, leurs activités quotidiennes, leurs difficultés et leurs perspectives.

BACKGROUND

In March 2017, nearly 400 community health champions from 44 countries, representing multiple sectors, gathered in Johannesburg for the <http://ichc2017.org/> Institutionalizing Community Health Conference (ICHC).

This webinar is part of a series following up on the key topic areas that came out of ICHC. It aims to ensure that we continue making progress towards strengthening community health systems.

DESCRIPTION

Community health workers contribute undoubtedly to the strengthening of health systems and especially to the promotion of health and the provision of care. The Voices of Community Health Workers is a direct conversation with community health workers on issues related to motivation and implementation of community health activities. The webinar is in line with global concertation on the efficiency, the sustainability of community health workers programs and the professionalization of community health workers. The webinar will provide an opportunity to discuss with community health workers from Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso about their socio-economic conditions, daily activities, challenges and perspectives. This webinar will be presented exclusively in French.
