ENRICH is an intensive, learner-centered course that teaches and builds on communication, team-building and leadership skills to clinicians and healthcare administrators. These skills are key to improving the patient-clinician experience and building stronger healthcare teams and organizations. Through individual learner goal setting, ENRICH allows you to collaborate with the Academy of Communication in Healthcare (ACH) Faculty and a small group of peers to receive feedback and accomplish your desired skill development.

WORKSHOP OFFERINGS
The Relationship-Centered Communication (RCC) Skills workshops are highly interactive sessions where everyone participates and contributes. Participants learn key RCC principles and then practice and apply those skills via role play scenarios or small breakout groups on the following relevant topics (participants will select two workshop opportunities):
- Enhancing Communication Fundamentals
- Empowering High-Performance Teams
- Fostering Equity and Inclusion
- Committing to Feedback
- Reframing Conflict and Engaging Effectively
- Coaching for Improved Communication
