Coronavirus (1225) Effective leadership is the ultimate vaccine against coronavirus (2)

12 April, 2021

Hi Neil,

This is true that leadership plays a very important role in any task. But, the leadership usually is driven by a team of experts and their perspectives play a significant role. Accountability of everyone needs to be fixed.

In a democratic structure, governments are for a fixed time period and they go back to the public during elections. This is an example of an accountability mechanism.

During the pandemic, infodemic has emerged as a major issue and the entire machinery has failed to address it. We are in the middle of a pandemic and collaborations are needed to resolve emerging issues.
