RoundTable with Knowledge Management Practitioners

COVID19 pandemic may have strengthened Knowledge Management. As working moved to digital mode, blended learning models evolved in a short period of time and knowledge and document management portals became key. Knowledge Management practitioners became key facilitators and enablers of learning and knowledge sharing.

This period also comes with challenges. While some organisations were able to transition into the new mode of working much faster and more effectively, others may have struggled. The RoundTable will share the experience of Knowledge Management practitioners. What has worked and not worked so well during this period? What are the emerging good practices and lessons for the future?
