BBC: Nigeria mulls birth control policy (8)

I would be very interested to hear whether Nigerian HIFA members consider that this reversion to birth control comes in part from a belief that growth of populations beyond the capacity of the land to sustain them leads to recruitment to Boko Haram. I ask this question without supposing that birth control by government, rather than improving family planning services, would serve any useful purpose.
